In what’s perhaps the season’s most puzzling trend, hip cleavage is happening.

Hip cleavage, you ask?

Let me explain. Remember those superhigh-cut bathing suits from the ’80s? The ones that Cindy, Claudia and Christy rocked on magazine covers? They’re baaaack.

But — as with any reincarnated trend — the look returns with a twist: In 2017, it’s all about bodysuits, not beachwear.

The current crop of It supermodels — Bella, Gigi, Kendall — can’t get enough of ’em. And they’re not saving them for “Baywatch”-esque beach frolicking—they’re styling these hip-baring getups with threads you’d wear on the street.
